Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Shipping & Orders
By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 (US Only).
- Handling: 1-2 Business Days | Transit: 3-7 Business Days.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or containing billing/address errors.
4. Cancellations & Returns
- Cancellations: Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
- Returns: We offer a 30-day window for unworn jewelry in original condition. Returns are 100% FREE.
5. Intellectual Property
All jewelry designs, brand images, and website content are the exclusive property of Storesplendor. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Storesplendor is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
