What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Are returns free?
Yes! At Storesplendor, all approved returns and exchanges are 100% FREE. We provide a prepaid return label with no restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your item. The credit will be issued to your original payment method.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken clasp or missing stone), please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will ship a free replacement immediately.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Total estimated delivery is 4–9 business days (1-2 days handling + 3-7 days transit).
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee address modifications.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
